Rileigh, Customer Success Manager
Rileigh joined RightCapital on the tail-end of 2019. She started on the Support Team and is now on the Onboarding Team as the Customer Success Manager.

I’m so lucky to work with a team where everyone is so talented and supportive!” One of Rileigh's favorite parts of the job is guiding advisors in creating financial plans. “It’s very rewarding to see all the great financial plans that are developed.”
Outside of work, Rileigh loves to travel. Her favorite place to visit is Long Boat Key in Florida. You may also catch her sailing on the Long Island Sound or binge-watching the newest Netflix series.
Alec, Onboarding Specialist (+ his cat, Fendi)
Alec started at RightCapital in 2019, when the Support Team was much leaner than they are now, at just seven people. He moved to the Onboarding Team in 2020. “Working with such a wide range of advisors with different needs is such a cool experience,” Alec notes.
Alec calls his cat, Fendi, his soulmate. He adopted her from a shelter and she lived with him in college his junior and senior year. Alec is also a big car enthusiast and finds it fascinating to see the industry respond to breakthroughs in technology.
Anthony, Onboarding Specialist
Anthony has been on three teams at RightCapital, starting on the Sales Team, transitioning to Support (where he was famous for the wide array of gifs he sent through our chat function), and moved to the Onboarding Team in early 2022. He considers some of the best perks of working here the fun coworkers, team-driven environment, and having insight into all sides of the business.
Anthony is always rooting for the New York Yankees, New York Rangers, and FSU football, whether attending live games or cheering on from afar. He lifeguards on the side, ensuring a safe environment for swimmers, just as he ensures a safe environment for advisors learning our financial planning software.
