Meet the people behind the curtain who make up the Operations Team here at RightCapital. This team takes care of billing, finances, human resources, subscription questions, employee events, the excellent selection of snacks in our Shelton, Connecticut office, and various other responsibilities that help keep all of us running.
Carly, Director of Operations
Carly joined RightCapital in March of 2021 and declares, “It’s been 365+ days of fun ever since. I can honestly say that I enjoy opening my computer each morning. I’m genuinely impressed with how awesome each RightCapital team member is.”
Carly’s two favorite seasons are spring and summer, and she is thankful that baseball is back so she can cheer on the Red Sox. She loves spending time with her four kids outside, even if some of the mud on their wellies makes its way inside.
Patricia, People Operations Generalist
Patricia started working at RightCapital in 2021 as the first People Operations Generalist due to the rapid growth experienced during that time and since then. She enjoys working with hiring managers to find new hires because every employee has a part in making RightCapital successful. She also has fun planning events and programs that keep current employees engaged and motivated by RightCapital’s culture.
In off hours, Patricia likes to spend time with her two young sons, husband, and family puppy, BooBoo. Together they love exploring museums and learning new things. In the summer months, you can find them tending to their veggie and berry gardens and enjoying the fresh harvests.
Jenn, Business Operations Specialist
Jenn joined RightCapital in November 2020 as the Business Operations Specialist, after many years in healthcare. The role does not disappoint, according to Jenn: “Being a part of the Operations Team allows me the honor and pleasure of working with an array of great advisors from all backgrounds and a truly dynamic and supportive group of employees here at RightCapital. What I appreciate the most is that RightCapital embodies the same values as I do, which is providing the best product and customer service to our advisors so that they can do what it is that they do best, taking care of their clients. Their success is our success!”
When Jenn is not busy setting up subscriptions or working on a new project, she spends time with her five energetic dachshunds and her family, partner, and friends. She enjoys reading, gardening, fishing, and camping. If you want to find her on a Saturday night, she will be sitting by a bonfire looking up at the stars, allowing any worries of the day to billow away with the smoke.
