We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sr Sales Executive to grow their pipeline and assist mentoring one of our sales pods. The SrSE will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by assisting their Sales Pod, increasing revenue, achieving their personal and team sales goals to support the overall sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering a high-volume sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for financial technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a personal pipeline to achieve individual sales goals.

  • Assist mentoring the Sales Pod to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to demonstrate our solution to qualified prospects.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and SDR team to align messaging, target markets, and pipeline management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes, data accuracy, and CRM system utilization.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to inform the sales pod approach and messaging.

  • Assist in creating documentation of best practices, scripts, objection handling techniques, and other resources to optimize the sales pods success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Strong understanding of financial services, financial planning, and investment products is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to different audiences.

  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management processes.

  • Understanding of Sales Enablement Tools (e.g., SalesLoft, DiscoveryData, RingCentral,   Zoom) and standard Microsoft Suite.

  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor team members.

  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

  • OTE $90,000 - $110,000

Location, Schedule & Salary

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 am ET – 6 pm ET

  • Location: Hybrid with RightCapital's main office in Shelton, CT
