Breakdown of Sales Development Representative Role:

  • Leverage SalesForce to assess current pipeline of advisors

  • Manage a pipeline of leads, which consist of a balanced mix of warm leads generated from marketing and outbound cold calls

  • Book on average 2 sales demonstrations each day for Sales Associates

  • Collaborate with SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales during recurring brain storming sessions to enhance our sales playbooks

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a client facing/sales role preferred, interest in Saas sales required

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Social Studies, or related) preferred

Location, Schedule & Salary

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 am ET – 6 pm ET

  • Location: Hybrid with RightCapital's main office in Shelton, CT

  • Overall target compensation: $41,000 - $52,000 per year
